3D design

Designing based on 3D environment allows to significantly reduce costs and time of product prototyping. Work is being carried out on simulation of material flow and heat flow in tools using the SolidWorks Flow Simulation module. Work includes design of elements considering advanced machine processing methods in CAM 3D technology.

Cooperation

For years we have been cooperating with Poland’s largest technical university, the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. We are open to new materials and are pleased to test them.

Company Żeltech Sp. z o.o. together with the Silesian University of Technology, Silesian Aviation Technology Laboratory, conducts design work on tools: extruder heads and calibrators for plastic profile production, using the advanced 3D CAD/CAM SolidWorks design and simulation platform.

We take care of nature

We take care of the environment every day. We minimise CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, and we heat our space with recycled energy from our manufacturing processes. All plastics used in the factory can be recycled and reprocessed.

  • By using energy-efficient LED lighting systems with motion sensors, we have reduced electricity consumption.
  • Our products are recyclable.
  • We have optimised our production lines in terms of electricity consumption.
  • We are eliminating disposable packaging by introducing reusable vessels and reverse osmosis systems.
