Mission

ZELTECH's mission is to provide comprehensive services in the design, improvement and manufacture of plastic profiles by extrusion.

Thanks to our individual approach to projects and cooperation with the customer, as well as many years of experience, we create high-quality products.

 

Many years of experience

Many years of experience, gained in the specific market of plastic products, allows us to provide expert advice on the selection of appropriate materials and technology, as well as the design of the product itself, and to meet the most stringent requirements of the customer.

History

We have been on the Polish market since 1989. Domestic, private capital and a highly qualified staff of specialists have allowed the company to build a strong foundation. Through continuous and systematic development, every year we expand our design and production capabilities, so we continue to reach new customers.

Over the years, Zeltech has established cooperation with several thousand companies in various industrial sectors. Our products mostly go to the Polish market, although the volume of foreign customers from Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine and the USA is growing every year.

Having our own mold and die construction design studio and tool room, we have the ability to realize our customers' original ideas arising from their own or their customers' needs.

  • 1989Getting started

    The family-owned company, Zeltech, began business in 1989 as a limited liability company. From the beginning, its goal has been to produce plastic extruded products. In the early years, construction profiles were the primary product line.

  • 1998Machine park

    Expansion of our machine park with two new processing lines to increase the productivity and efficiency of our plant.

  • 2010Structural profiles

    Since 2010, the production of structural profiles using a wide range of plastics for various industrial applications has been developed. Zeltech has developed its own tooling department, which has allowed it to respond quickly to customer needs and reduced the implementation time for production of new profiles to 30 working days. Zeltech has 7 processing lines with varying processing capabilities with a total production capacity of 50 tons/month.
    In production, we use a wide range of plastics: PVC/ABS/PP/PC/PE/PS/PMMA and thermoplastic elastomers.

  • 2020New challenges

    Zeltech is moving into new hands - a Polish company with Polish capital. Investment in machinery, employees and plant infrastructure. New visions, new markets, new customer groups.

  • 2021Silesian University of Technology

    Signing a cooperation agreement with the Silesian University of Technology. Under this agreement, the researchers will work alongside our employees to transfer knowledge and experience in designing and implementing the production of plastic profiles on the tooling we produce.

  • 2022Professional training

    Carry out a series of professional training courses to improve the competence of employees in the area of designing and implementing new plastic profiles into production based on innovative technologies and new materials.

  • 2023Forbes Diamonds

    Zeltech has been named a winner of the Forbes Diamonds 2023 ranking. This is a compilation of the most dynamically growing companies in Poland, compiled in consultation with the editors of Forbes and Dun & Bradstreet Poland.
