We have been present on the Polish market since 1989. Domestic, private capital and a highly qualified team of specialists allowed us to build a strong foundation for the company. Through continuous and systematic development, we are expanding our design and production capabilities year by year, thanks to this, we continue to reach new customers.
Over the years, Żeltech has established cooperation with several thousand companies in various industries. Most of our products are sold on the Polish market, although the number of foreign customers from Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia and the USA is growing every year.
With our own design studio for mould and die constructions and a tool shop, we are able to realise our customers’ original ideas resulting from their own or their customers’ needs.
Many years of experience gained in the specific market of plastic products allows us to provide expert advice in the selection of appropriate materials and technologies and the construction of the product itself, as well as to meet the most stringent customer requirements.
The family company Żeltech started its business activity in 1989 as a limited liability company. From the beginning its aim has been to manufacture extruded plastic products.
In the early years, the basic product range was construction profiles.
Expansion of our machinery park with two new process lines to increase the productivity and efficiency of our plant.
Since 2010, the production of structural profiles has been developed using a wide range of plastics for various industrial applications.
Żeltech developed its own tooling department, which allowed it to respond quickly to customer needs and shortened the implementation time to produce new profiles down to 30 working days.
Żeltech has 7 processing lines with varying processing capabilities with a total production capacity of 50 tonnes/month.
We use a wide range of plastics in our production: PVC/ABS/PP/PC/PE/PS/PMMA and thermoplastic elastomers.
