1What is the deadline for the profile?
The production of the profile depends on several factors, if it is a standard product for which we have our own tool, the deadline varies from 1 to 4 weeks, while if we are introducing a new profile, the time from the design of the tool through its manufacture and implementation and mass production takes 8-16 weeks.
2What plastics can we make the profile out of?
Our profile production is based on different types of plastics. Mainly it is PVC, but we also extrude from polyethylene (PE), polycarbonate (PC), polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polypropylene (PP).
3Does the customer have to pay for the tool?
The implementation of a new profile requires the complex fabrication of a tool for its extrusion, which involves paying for the tool. It is possible to spread the cost of the tool in a running meter of the profile.
4Can we rewind the profiles on the spool?
Yes, we have the ability to wind profiles on a spool depending on its shape and the material from which it was o made. We can wind the spool in sections of 10 to 100 running meters.
5Up to what maximum length can we make profiles?
We can make profiles in sections from 0.2m to 7m and wound on a spool of up to 100m.
6Do we produce wood-printed profiles?
Yes, we have the ability to print on the straight surfaces of imitation wood profiles, among others: light beech, pink beech, dark beech, red oak, court oak, natural oak, antique oak, rustic oak, mahogany, Greek walnut, cherry, pine.
7What colors can we make the profiles in?
We cooperate with reputable European manufacturers of dyes for plastics and can match the color to the customer's requirements according to the RAL color matching system.
8Do we make profiles transparent?
Yes, we make transparent profiles from materials such as PC, PMMA, PVC, most commonly used for LED lights and price bars for store shelves.
9What are the maximum parameters in which we can make a profile?
Our technical capabilities allow us to extrude profiles up to 1 kg per running meter and with a maximum side length of 100mm.
10Do we produce plastic profiles that can replace aluminum profiles?
In an era of skyrocketing aluminum prices and its reduced availability, customers are turning to plastic to replace it. We make plastic profiles with UV and UD additives that allow us to replace aluminum profiles.
11Are our profiles weatherproof?
Materials with UV additives allow profiles made of these materials to be used outdoors and work with the weather. They are resistant to sunlight temperature or humidity.
