Using state-of-the-art CAD systems and computational fluid dynamics tools, we design a set of tools for extruding profiles. This guarantees high quality and, above all, a smooth process of its implementation into production

Making the tool
Precision manufacturing of the tool in the workshop by our engineers makes it possible to obtain the ideal profile according to the customer's concept.

Profile manufacturing
After making a sample series approved by the customer, we proceed to extrusion of profiles.
